Parrot beak broken
by: Tracie

Dr B can not tell if your bird broke it's beak due to a nutritional deficiency without examining your bird.

With the information that you feed your bird junk food, I suspect your bird does have a nutritional problem. You should never feed your bird human food that has salt, sugar or chemical additives.

I don't know what healthy food might be available where you live, but our avian vet in the US suggests that the bird be on healthy, high quality pellets like Harrison's or Roudybush and to not feed colored pellets or those with sugar and tons of chemical additives.

I suggest that you Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird and give you a recommendation on the best food that is available where you live to feed your bird.
