Parrot having red eye

I observed that my friend's indian ringneck had its white part of the eye red.... i just want to know if it is a disease or not?

This sounds like an infection which needs to be diagnosed and treated by an Avian Vet Only in your area.

Please suggest to them that this could be why the bird's eyes are red where they're supposed to be white and see how it goes.

Thanks for writing in and asking as you may be able to help your friend's bird by just asking the questions here.
