Parrot pimple

Taylor is my double-yellow amazon parrot. Last week he had a tiny white pimple between his nares. I carefully cleaned it and it resolved. Today he got it again. It doesn't seem to bother him at all, he doesn't scratch it or rub it, but I'd like to make sure parrot pimples are or are not normal.
