my hen parrotlet bit two toes off my male parrotlet on his left foot.will he have trouble perching etc.?

Yikes! Hopefully you have separated these birds.

Yes, it may have trouble and it may get an infection and is surely in pain. Please Find an Avian Vet for this bird right away.
