Parrots toe is limp?

I have A mustached parrot and his toe is limp. he holds it up off his cage and my finger. it stays straight and doesnt hurt him to the touch. is somthing wrong?

Yes, something is wrong. You will need to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird to determine what is causing this and prescribe the proper treatment. Dr B can not tell what is wrong or prescribe a treatment over the Internet, sorry.
