calcium deficiency

African greys commonly have calcium defiencies that can cause seizures & balances issues...take him to the vet for a checkup & possibly a quick calcium shot will be all it takes!

You have no choice, you need to take him to a vet to find out what is wrong. There must be something wrong and nobody can diagnose and treat your bird over the Internet. I am sorry. Really, it will be OK if you take your bird to an Avian Vet where they are used to handling one person birds.
