pink area under bottom beak swollen please help

I have an african Grey and is extremely worried.The pink area under bottom beak is swollen.She is eating and drinking.Should I be concerned and what should I do treatment wise?Please help

i have the same problem. my african gray beak is swollen underneath. he's talking,eating and drinking. acting perfectly fine,but im worry because i never seen this before.

Bird with swollen area

It could be the crop is full, but nobody can tell over the Internet, not even Dr B. You need to take your bird to be seen in person by an avian vet. Dr B can not help sick or injured birds over the Internet.
