Puked and poop that looks like water.

I have a Brown Throated Conure, and I am very worried about this situation. After from bathing Pheonix(the bird) I went to go get him a clean cloth to wrap around him so he can lay in it and dry off. When I got to my room, he threw up white matter in the towel, and keeps dropping liquid-like fecal matter that looks like water. Do you know what may be wrong?
