Quaker Parrot lower beak stuck on cage door loop hook.

We have a Quaker Parrot and 2 days ago she got her beak stuck on the cage door loop where the vertical bar loops around the bar of the cage to go up and down. Thankfully I was present and figured out what was wrong. To me it looked like she hooked her lower beak with the gap onto the hooked bar. I was able to get her unstuck.
Her beak looks ok, but there was some bleeding. She also lost a good bit of tail feathers and some feathers from one of her wings. She's been moving around, but quiet. Today she's moving carefully but staying in one spot. She's also eating soft food that we give her. We also have her in the sun from our window to keep her warm.
We'd take her to a vet, but she is still at the biting stage and she does not like to be taken from her cage. That is why we are a bit cautious about moving her. I know she was panicked because she was breathing hard after I got her unstuck and she got on her perch. We don't want to stress her even further when trying to help her.
As I type this, she is eating some pear.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
