Quaker sudden feather loss

My 2 year old quaker parrot has suddenly lost most of the green feathers on her breast leaving her with the fluffy gray feathers. After a week, I don't see any growing back. Could it be her diet? or?

Yes, it could be diet related and numerous other things.

You need to take your bird to an avian vet asap. If the vet determines that the bird is healthy, but plucking it's feathers, then you might want to read our Feather Plucking help article.
