No, unfortunately, you cannot put any of the four birds you mentioned together for any reason. Budgies need to be with Budgies, Lori's with Lori's, Lovebirds with Lovebirds, Cockatiels with Cockatiels and so on. When you try to mix different species of different sizes and temperaments and even dietary needs, you are asking for injury and death to one or all of the birds. The larger birds will hurt the smaller, and then the larger and smaller birds left will work on each other until there may be no birds left standing.

You really need to get some good reading material about parrots, so you can learn what you need to know about each of the species you mentioned. Each of those birds have special needs and a need to be either caged alone or with another of their kind. Never put two strange birds together whether they are the same species or not as you will see fighting possibly to the death if one does not like the other. All new birds have to be caged in their own cages at least until they get to know one another better. Anytime birds are out of their cages together, you or someone else must be right there to make sure there is no fighting. Parrots of all species are exotic wild animals and will ALWAYS be exotic wild animals acting accordingly.
