As Tracie said, get your bird immediately to an Avian Vet because birds die quickly from dehydration and starvation. Take your bird into the Avian Vet as an emergency and have the vet show you how to handfeed your bird so it does not die while healing. You use baby parrot handfeeding formula(found here and in most pet stores that have birds) mixed according to directions and fed with a syringe or a small bent up spoon to make a funnel, which ever works the best.

Your bird is in imminent danger of death, so get him to Avian Vet quickly.

You need to take your bird to an avian vet ASAP. Do NOT take your bird to a dog/cat vet, take your bird to a vet that is avian certified.
