Red swollen nostrils

My bird is a 2 month Quaker, shes been sneezing lately alot and has a bit of fluid spraying when she sneezes and her little nose hairs get wet. Now, I realized her nostrils are red and swollen and one side even has a little bloody scab next to it. she's still herself, I'm just worried.. What could this be?
