reddiah blub like substance coming out of butt

I have a 6 yr. old parrotlet. She is on her way to the avian vet as we speak. In the meantime I wanted to find out if anyone could help me with the problem of a reddish bulb like substances coming from her butt. It looks like it's her gutts.
