Refusing Handfeeding

Why is my baby I think it's 3 months old. Amazon Nap barely getting all it's feathers in refusing already handfeedings. I feed it twice a day 40 to 50CC daily. Gave already some millet and nibbles very little.

Formula may not be warm enough? Have a thermometer in the formula and serve right at 104 degrees F.
