Regurgitation after eating

My Sun Conure regurgitates after every thing he eats. Is this normal? Is he sick or just marking his territory? Could this just be a habit? I know he is a male and is 21 years old. I got him when he was 9 months.

Conure regurgitation after eating

Has the bird been doing this for 20 years? What does your avian vet have to say about it, have you told your avian vet? Has your bird lost weight? Is he spitting up undigested food?

If the bird has been doing this for 20 years and your avian vet has not had a problem with it, then everything should be fine. If your bird is spitting up undigested food, or has just started this behavior, then get your bird into the avian vet right away.
