Ring neck dove cost and health

I found a ring neck dove in front of my house and do not want to let it go because i read that ring neck doves cannot find their way home. I want to bring him to the vet and see if there is anything wrong with him.Whats the estimate US$ that would cost? thanks

Cost of vet care for dove

You will need to Find an Avian Vet in your area and ask them that question. Prices vary from vet to vet and city to city.

The bird could have a disease, wild birds often do, and you need to be very careful to wash your hands and clothing if you handle this bird until an avian vet gives it a clean bill of health.
