Before anything else, you need to have your bird examined by an Avian Vet in your driving area. This is a very young bird, and you did not say what she is eating, so no clue as to how healthy bird is.Birds have to go to a licensed/trained Avian Vet because dog and cat vets don't have any background or training to be able to help you. They just take your money, give the wrong kind of meds and sometimes end up killing your bird. You'll also be charged for whatever they do even if it's wrong.

Have Avian Vet get a weight on her, check her for bacterial/viral infections and some basic bloodwork to see how organs are functioning and to see if anything abnormal shows in the blood.

Your bird is barely weaned, so make sure she is healthy and at a proper weight before proceeding with any type of training. A sick bird cannot be trained, and it is possible she is in some kind of pain. The constant crying indicates something is terribly wrong here, so please don't wait to have her examined and treated if necessary.

Let us know what the Avian said about her after the visit and thanks for writing,
Linda
