should i be worried?

i have green red beaked parrot. the parrot is one month old. we have been feeding him a formula. but now i think he doesnt like the formula as much as he wants to as he tries nibbling and chewing everything that comes in his way. what should we feed him with now? and i have noticed something. at times he breaths from his mouth. and sneezes too but not frequently. should i be worried about his labored breathing? is he normal? hes active and perfectly fine and very playful otherwise. i would like to know how much sleep does he need? lastly, should we give him water to drink? if yes, can you please tell the quantity and frequency of the intake. thankyou!

PS. where i live, we dont have any avian vets, so please tell me something that i can do with him at home on my own.

Dr B can't suggest things without knowing what is available where you live. You need to find an avian vet in your country and get advice.

Please use this Find an Avian Vet link to find an avian vet closer to you.
