Should i shower my young indian ringneck

Hi Should i give my 6 week old irn a shower because he has a smell and it Would b great if he got rid of it

Also

My irn is not digesting his food and not Eating the amount of food he should b 10-15 ml he Eats About 3 what can i do To help my irn and save him
