Sick Green Cheek sitting in corner of cage

someone please help me :'( my pineapple greencheek conure has been acting weird the past few days. hes only 8 months old and usually very hyper and full of life. when we go near his cage he jumps around and wants to play. but the past few days hes just been sitting in the corner and doesnt even care to move when we go near his cage he doesnt even wana come close n sit on my hand like he usually does.

and the strangest thing happened today. i went by his cage and i picked him up and he smells like urine. i dont know why. he takes baths he has a little bathtub in his cage. someone please tell me whats going on with him. why does he smell and why is he so lifeless! please reply to this thank you for reading
