You need to take her into see an Avian Vet in your driving area immediately. This should have been done a long time ago, and hopefully, she is holding her own as far as organ damage. She probably has a long-standing infection of some kind and/or worms or other internal parasites.
You HAVE TO STOP FEEDING HER SEEDS, AND ONCE YOU HAVE SEEN VET AND TAKEN CARE OF HER PHYSICAL AILMENTS, THEN start again on a high quality ORGANIC PELLET like Harrison's. Tracie carries several kinds out here, and here is an article to help with the change-over. Harrisons also makes a wonderful Birdy Bread mix, and you need to BUY SUNSHINE FACTOR'S ORGANIC RED PALM OIL to put in it, plus 2 eggs and some water. All the organic foods have to be refrigerated and warmed to room temperature BEFORE feeding. The bread stores in refrigerator for a week and in freezer for 6 months. We bake some up, wrap in clear saran wrap and bag it in thick freezer bags for storage in the freezer. The article is written by an Avian Vet. As for fruit and veggies, Toos are not so hot on either one. Make sure ALL your produce is organic to avoid pesticide/fertilizer residue. They even use cow manure to fertilize some, and this is extremely dangerous for everyone and especially birds.
So, please, please find an Avian Vet in your driving area. If this means driving 2 hours one way, then that's what you have to do. Birds DO NOT JUST GET OVER INFECTIONS AND/OR PARASITES. They keep birds in a sick state and get worse as time goes on. I think you'll see good results once she is diagnosed and treated. Don't forget some bloodwork too to see if there is kidney or liver damage present.
