my female galah I've had for awhile now has lost alot of weight. She's really light when i hold her & i can feel her bone on her chest when i pat her. I've try feeding her more food she eat's alright but will not put on weight.

Also she always has her feather's fluffed out.

Doe's anyone know what could be wrong with her.
