If you think your bird is not sleeping you can try covering his/her cage with a blanket at around 9:00 or when you go to bed if you have not done it, hope I helped

Does the bird sleep?
by: Tracie

Hello Holly,

Your bird does sleep, it probably sleeps during the day when you are not at home. Birds like to be with the flock, so it probably makes sure it is awake when you are so it can spend time with you and be a part of your life.
