something is wrong with my amazon's feathers

Sick birds have poor feathering as well as birds being starved while eating all seed diets or one of the cheap, chemical laden pelleted diets.

First, you have to take your bird to an Avian Vet in your driving area to see if there are infections that need diagnosis and treatment. Then, once medications have been given or bird is given a good bill of health, here is how to change from seeds to organic pellets:

Switching Birds to Pellets article

Article was written by a highly trained Avian Vet, and Harrison's is the best pelleted diet on the market, so follow directions and start your bird on a diet that will guarantee good health for the rest of its life. It will take a long time to get your bird's feathers looking good, so do not be in a hurry as these things take time.

Please do not delay taking bird to be examined by Avian Vet because your bird will die if it has an infection that remains untreated.

Thanks for writing,
Linda
