No, because you will be causing am imbalance in her diet by doing this. Feed ONLY organic high quality pellets like Harrison's. Feed NO people food or drink either.Use NO herbs either as these can be poison to a bird.

Below is a link on how to go about changing from seed or junk pellet diets (ZuPreem, Lafaebers) to healthy organic pellets. The change takes time, and your bird needs to be examined by an Avian Vet before starting the change as sick birds will not do well with dietary changes or other stressful events:

Harrisons also makes a bird bread mix found here that can help with the transition. Be sure to get the ORGANIC RED PALM OIL found here to use as the oil with the mix. If nothing else is mixed into this bread mix, it can be up to 30% of the diet if needed. The mixes are made from the Harrison pellet base, so bird has a fun way of beginning to get used to the pellets.
