my baby alexanderine is standing on one leg. is it broken?

It is normal for birds to sometimes stand on one leg when they are napping during the day or going to sleep at night. If your bird constantly holds the leg up, then it may be broken.

Take him ONLY to an Avian Vet to be checked out because if leg or foot is broken, it will heal incorrectly and your bird can be crippled. So find an Avian Vet in your driving area and have this checked out if he's doing this all the time.
