You need to get to an AVIAN VET A.S.A.P.
Have you noticed if your bird is drinking a lot more I suspect it is. Please don't waste time.

This is a serious problem, and your bird needs to be examined by an Avian Vet as quickly as you can get him in there. Anytime you see or smell something that is so obviously not right, please go ahead and take your bird to an Avian Vet.

You will not find anyone on the internet who can diagnose and treat your bird online. This has to be done in person with an Avian Vet only. This is a very serious situation, and must be handled quickly.

There should never be an obvious urine smell coming from a bird unless they are eating or drinking toxic foods or liquids. The only other thing is a problem with kidneys, so do not delay taking your bird for the medical services of an Avian Vet.In Florida, you should have no problems finding a good Avian Vet since they are all over the place.
