sun conure bleeding from butt after eggs

My sun conure had 2 unfertalized eggs. One was layed properly, the other got stuck and was pulled out of her butt. Now she has something hanging out of her butt and she doesnt want to eat shes weak and shes closing her eyes. Shes also dipping her butt in her water bowl. Whats wrong with her and what can I do?

Bird bleeding after being egg bound

This is an emergency situation. You need to Find an Avian Vet this moment to treat your bird. Do NOT go to a dog/cat vet, they often kill birds from a lack of training and experience.

To prevent egg binding in the future, feed your bird Harrison's or Roudybush pellets for 80% of it's diet.

Our avian vet says that in over 30 years of practice, he has never seen a bird with egg binding that ate 80% Harrison's pellets and only 20% healthy treats.
