sorry, firstly, your teasing could and may lead to bad behaviour, you might causing biting and screeching, then that wont be fun, depending on your form of teasing, you maybe scaring him, and he is flapping in fear, or he my be excited, i have seen, this flapping and shaking, in a sun conure in a small cage everytime someone went near his cage, he was frighten, though the owners said he was excited, as the bird matured, he settled down no more flapping and shaking, i think your teasing is upsetting your baby, does he do this when you tease him outside of his cage or when he is in his cage, conures are awesome pets, but bad behaviour is learnt very quick, maybe you should stop teasing him, and see if this behaviour stops, he may be feeling threaten but your action, you dont want him screaching and biting everytime you go to his cage to get him out, hope this helps
