You will need to take your bird in to see your Avian Vet immediately as glass is very dangerous in anyone's digestive tract, and given that your Conure's is smaller, it could very well cause much trouble and/or death. The Avian vet will take an xray to see where the bead is and go from there up to and including surgery to remove the bead. Let us know how it goes.

In future, when working with beads or other small parts for jewelry, keep the bird in his cage until all is finished and cleaned up. Birds are attracted to bright shiny objects, and if small enough, will eat them.
