sun conure lay's egg's 4-5 days apart??
by: Martina

I have done alot of research on the sun conures as I am waiting for my baby to be weaned so I can bring it home. I got see it almost daily so it will bond to me. Mine is the youngest out of 4. Two of them were born about a week before the 3rd one and mine. It is adorable and healthy and growing just fine.
I have found in alot of my research that sun conures can and are known to lay eggs several days apart and not because of a health problem or egg binding.

Bird laying eggs 4 to 5 days apart
by: Tracie

No, this is not normal. Your bird could have egg binding problems. If your bird is not eating a high quality pellet diet, like Harrison's or Roudybush pellets, then the lack of nutrition can cause problems with laying eggs.

Please Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird to make sure everything is okay.
