Sometimes my sun conure, sunny, puffs up his fur even by his cheeks? Why is that? Its shown in the picture :)

I have a Nanday conure and he does the same thing -- a lot. We do head bobbing together, too. I interpret it to mean he is happy and likes whatever it is you are doing.
