Supplemental vitiamin & best commerical brand food for lory parrot

Is it safe to give my lory parrot supplemental vitiamin drops in his nectar. what would be the best commerical brand food on the market for a lory parrot. I recently tried the harrision food but he doesnt seem to like that as well.

Lory diet recommendation - no vitamins
by: The Vet

Most Lory nectar powders are complete with vitamins and you should not supplement with other vitamins.

I recommend that Lories eat 30% pellets, 40% powder nectar (dry), and 30% fresh fruits, (fresh veggies), wet nectar and cooked foods. Roudybush nectar and pellets are a good choice. Goldenfeast Nectar very good; Scenic Lory powder and pellets are good. The best cooked food now is the new Beak Appetit Softbill diet.
