swelling after blood drawn africian gray parrot

I have an africian Grey Parrot she had blood drawn several hours ago she has been holding her wing really low and it is starting to swell. And she will scream an bite when they wing is touched. Any reasons that would happen?>???

the vet caused it

I am so stressed over this poor bird. I said I was gonna call the vet in front of her and she went to screaming. The vet is the reason for her being injured she is holding this wing at a weird angel and everything. I am looking for another avian vet in my area but can not find one. I guess a road trip is ahead of us.

Swelling

It is possible that a hematoma formed where the blood was drawn, and therefore created a bruise. Your grey is probably sore there. However, I would still call your vet and find out why it is very swollen

Please call your avian vet right away and tell them what is happening. I do not know why this is happening.
