Swollen skin (maybe glands) on the side of his beak.

My male budgie has swollen skin (maybe glands) on the side of his beak. I don't know if he lost feathers there or if it's just swollen so i notice is more. I just brought my female bird to the vet and she is taking medication (not him) but I am giving him probiotic and like this vitamin supplement that was also given to her.

He has been itching the sides of face on the cage a lot lately, but he's acting normal besides the major itching. He looks really healthy too, but he's been taking a few baths here and there for the first couple of times in his 9 ish month old state. If you'd be able to help me with this I would be so grateful, thank you.

Bird with swollen area around cere

There is no way that DR B can diagnose over the Internet. You need to take this bird to the avian vet. Dr B suggests that you NOT share medication for one bird with the other bird.
