Your male may be a female with egg binding. Either way, you need to Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away.

If you are feeding your bird a diet of 80% Harrison's or Roudybush then it is not egg binding. Birds on a diet of healthy, as opposed to cheap, pellets do not have problems with egg binding.
