Taking my budgie to another country

So my parents told me today that we are going to go back to the Philliphines to visit our family there. But I have 2 budgerigars and I want to bring them with us to the country but I dont know what I need to do.

Here are my questions:

Do I need Ringbands?
Do they need passports?
Do I need a receipt to show I did not take it from the wild but if I do, what do I do if i've thrown it away?
How much does it cost for bird passports?
Am I allowed to bring it to the country?

Were you able to take home your budgie in the philippines

Id like to know danilo if you were able to take home your budgie in the philippines how was it? Did you enjoy the weather there. Id like to know because i am doing the same exact thing id like to take my Sulphur Crested Cockatoo and the philippines with me. I wonder if it was too much hassle i love my bird a great deal its a talking cockatoo and im staying there for 6 months please reply greatly appreciated...
