yes it is possible........i trained my wild irn.initially he hated to come near humans and talk nothning...........now he does step up and will speak out 2-3 words and make many sounds............i used to keep cage door open and keep little food on the door...........then next food outside the cage....then kept food at 4-5 feet away from cage.............when he was hungry he used to come out eat and go back in the cage.
For step up and making ur irn human friendly make use of a pair of woolen i.e any but vert=y thick gloves and keep him at ur chest height and forcefully give him a push under his stomach by 1 hand and make him step up on ur fingers o other hand............if he dsnt agree keep him hungey next day for food he will step up..........then do this food as bait experiment for few more days........i am sure he will be tamed and trained and human friendly.for more solutions regarding any pet feel free to ask me my dear fren.
I have parrots since generations currently having 2 alex and 2 irn

Yes, you should be able to train your Indian Ringneck parrot. It is mainly a matter of spending time with your bird with the express purpose of developing a relationship with the bird.

Please read the articles on our Parrot Training page and look at the books and DVD's on our
training aids page.
