Tangerine Dove seems constipated sometimes.....please HELP!

Hi Dr., One of my tangerine doves I've just noticed 2 weeks now has been constipated 4 times and struggles to go. They have a constant, clean, supply of grit. I change it every 4 days or if they have accidentally soiled it. Also they have a constant, clean supply of water. It is changed daily.

Also, this one (Riley) has not moved from the nest box for the past 3 weeks almost. Could that be a possible reason....that she needs to be forced to be more active!?! Because she only comes out of the box to bow and coo, eat and drink water and to go to the washroom (when she's not struggling).

Is there anything I can do or give her to help her go off without struggling so much. Because it's just heart-breaking for me to hear her struggling like that and see her struggling so much to just poop.

Please please give suggestions on ANYTHING I can do to help her or ANYTHING I can buy for her to help her.

I will do ANYTHING!
