the low prices got me interested, great customer service keeps me coming back!

I've made three orders to Parrot and Conure World since I brought home my Congo African Grey in April, and each time I order we're more satisfied than the last. Any person with a bird knows how fast they can go through toys, and with Parrot and Conure World the prices are low enough that I can order lots of toys for my parrot and even with shipping pay less than I would at a pet shop.

When I received my 2nd order a few months ago, I had an issue with one of the toys I got and couldn't use it because I suspected it was defective, I sent an email to customer service and they were so helpful and sent out a replacement toy right away!

Just today I received an order for a couple of foraging toys and a babble ball, and as my Grey and I were tearing through the paper to get to his toys, we found a full size (not sample) bag of treats included in the package! I've never encountered a store, online or otherwise, that takes such great care of its customers.

I will definitely continue to buy from Parrot and Conure World and recommend it to all of my fellow bird owners.
