This is the first time I have purchased an item from your site. One item was not available, so Tracie not only left a phone message, she even sent an e-mail to let me know, and what my options were. I thought that was just great and asked her to make the decision on a 'surprise' toy for my one parrot that likes to shred things. I was extremely pleased with the promptness and service which she provided, it is always so nice to get to talk to real person, especially when I use the internet for so many purchases. I will be visiting your site again for other purchases.
