Twitching Baby African Grey

My African grey that I just bought is 3 months old and I noticed that he is twitching his head almost every 10 seconds . Do you think it is a normal reaction of this type of parrot or do you think it could be something serious?

Twitching head on bird

This is not normal and you should have him looked at by an avian veterinarian. This could be a neurological problem, an ear infection, a sinus infection, or other problems. It may also be a behavior associated with some environmental trigger.
