When your bird shows changes 99% of the time your bird has something going on NOW the thing here is to what LIFE THREATENING degree are we talking about... it doesn't matter, if you love our BIRD, you take it in FOR ALL. You can never assume that they will get better or bounce that cold off like we do. They were not meant to be with us, but we all have them and we are exposing them to so much including foods that are not healthy or chemicals regardless of what we think is right. So with that in the way, must must consider that when something is different you MUST get professional HELP asap. Your parrot is counting on you to do at least that MUCH for him/her. My suggestion is to get your BIRD to an AVIAN, not a DOG and CAT place a REAL TRUE BLUE AVIAN. The best in your area, the best at care, the most reputable.

When you have watery stool and are vomiting, does that mean you are sick? Birds are very fragile creatures and can get sick from a number of things; dirty water, change in diet, viruses, cold temperatures, toxic things like houseold cleaners, air fresheners, scented candles. Instead of posting, you should have taken your bird to the vet right away.

Yes, that is what it means. Please use this Find an Avian Vet link to find an avian vet for your bird so it can be examined to determine what is wrong and what the potential treatment might be.
