Vomiting and Diarrhea.

I will get right to the point, my parrot Paulie(Male,Alexandrine parakeet)is vomiting and discharging loose motions since yesterday today his health improved a bit since he vomited only once and his dropings are becoming semi-solid but i am still very much worried about him. He was vomiting watery viscose liquid yesterday and he is sleeping a lot please advice...
