Rewcieved my order via UPS today Monday 10m/19/09. Everything fine. Zaboo my green winged McCaw loved the large toys. Started to reduce them to toothpick size immediately. He usually is very cautious about anything new is his stainless steel cage. Also he started in on the treats. It appears that something extra (sm Bag) was included. We both thank you. You are not to worry as Arnold said in "The Terminator" "I'll be Back!!!" Great
