As Tracie said, your bird is in need of emergency care with a licensed, trained Avian Vet because your bird will die if this is left untreated including antibiotics.

The reason this is an emergency is that cat mouths and claws carry some horrendous bacteria that literally kill birds even those who have a small scratch that has broken the skin.

Wait on trip to Avian Vet, and your bird will be dead. Also, keep the cats away from your bird at all times no matter what. If your bird is out of cage, then the cats need to be either outside or in another room with doors closed. If your bird makes it through this, and that is still up in the air, please follow these directions as this will happen again, and if you get your bird back this time, may not be so lucky next time.

Bird attacked by cat

There is not anything over the counter to help your bird. You need to Find an Avian Vet right away so that you can get a prescription for an antibiotic and get the wound examined and treated.
