 Bird had a stroke

The only thing you can do is Find an Avian Vet to examine and treat your bird.

To prevent this situation, make sure your birds are eating 60 - 70% Harrison's or Roudybush pellets and very little seed and treats. Birds that eat cheap pellets and seeds usually end up with fatty liver disease and other health issues.
