What should a baby rainbow lorikeet poo look like

It is 12 weeks old and I have had it for two days. The poo is watery as it should be but always has flecks of dark green in it which looks kind of like worms. Should I be concerned?

Yes, it sounds like your bird is not eating or not eating enough. He should be seen by an avian veterinarian immediately.
