Why does my bugie go crazy when he can see another bird out of the window?

Why does my bugie go crazy when he can see another bird through the window?
And how can I prevent this other than closing the curtains.
(also I have had my bugie for 3days)

Bird activity in front of window

There isn't anything you can do to prevent the bird doing this, in the way of training. You can provide a hiding spot, like a bird tent, in the cage but it would really be better if you just moved the cage if the bird doesn't like the location.

Even moving the cage so it is only half in front of the window might be helpful. The bird may even get used to the other birds and not go nuts when seeing them.
